On April 5th, 2017 Cisco announced End-Of-Life (EOL) for Cisco MediaSense call recording solution (EOL date is October 4, 2017).

Cisco will stop supporting MediaSense on October 31, 2020. Approaching the last day of support, it is a good time to look for alternatives and chose the best call recording and WFO solution for your contact center.
