"Partial record (license limit)" means one of the following:
- Either you have more concurrent calls than your license allows to record
- Or you use an evaluation license, which allows you to record only the first two minutes of every call
Audio for such partially recorded calls is not stored on disk (when an evaluation license is used, then only the first 2 minutes are stored on disk).
To fix this issue you need to purchase appropriate number of recording licenses.
