MiaRec call recording solution is compatible with NEC UNIVERGE SV8000 and SV9000 Servies Unified Communications platforms.

How it works
MiaRec uses port mirroring technology to record calls on NEC Unified Communications system. Desktop phones needs to be connected through a network switch which support port mirroring. Such network switch will send a copy of phone's network packets to MiaRec.
MiaRec extract call information and audio from SIP and RTP packets respectively.
