B2S

B2S, France

B2S (Business Support Services) is one of the primary players in the European call centers market. With the help of about 2500 employees at 10 sites, including 2000 service agents, b2s achieved almost 90 million in annual sales.

B2S was created in 1996 to accompany businesses in the implementation and optimization of the management of their client relations, especially in the following areas:

  • Acquisition of new clients: telemarketing campaigns, finding projects and making appointments
  • Off-site sales of products and services: taking orders, phone sales
  • Development of customer loyalty, customer assistance: customer service, front line, technical support (help desk / hot line)

 

HKBN

Hong Kong Broadband Network (HKBN), Hong Kong

Established in 1999, Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited, the wholly-owned subsidiary of City Telecom (H.K.) Limited, targets to develop its own network infrastructure with advanced technology to deliver various fixed telecom network services.

HKBN provides Fiber-to-the-Building and Fiber-to-the-Home Broadband connectivity (symmetric 1Gbps, 200Mbps, 100Mbps, 50Mbps and 25Mbps) Internet access, telephony, IP-TV, mobile and corporate data services, in excess of 660,000 subscriptions.

In June 2002, Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited was announced by Cisco Systems that it has successfully established the largest Metro Ethernet network in the world. In October 2005, HKBN has further become the first service provider in the world to achieve the Cisco Powered Network Metro Ethernet QoS Certified status.

 

Sitel

Sitel, Panama

Sitel is a global organization with more than 155 locations in 27 countries, providing local and multi-national customer interaction solutions to a world-class list of over 450 clients.

Sitel opened its operations in Panama City in order to provide a cost-effective contact center model for North American and Latin American clients.  Panama has developed into a natural hub for bilingual U.S. support and consolidated contact center for the region, primarily because of a significant pool of available fluent English-speaking labor and extensive U.S. influence on the culture.

Today Sitel focuses on providing customer care support to several large Fortune 100 clients from the United States and Latin America region, including financial institutions, telecommunications providers, and consumer companies.

Voxline is a Contact Center enterprise company of the AlSaraiva Empreendimentos in Brazil.

Founded in 2002 by an investor Group with more than 30 Companies in Brasil, it is today one of the largest Outsourcers in the Brazilian market.
