Account Executive position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our Sales department. As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from the beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships to a high standard.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Full-cycle sales with responsibility for building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective and current customer deals
  • Source new prospects and help scale lead generation processes and efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a high level of trust with key decision makers
  • Work with sales management regarding RFP and RFI responses
  • Deliver product demos and work with engineering team to provide insightful technical answers
  • Consistently utilize tools such as CRM, task management, and document creation to provide full visibility and collaboration with sales team
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to achieve benefits for both customer and company
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of MiaRec offerings
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities in order to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Support marketing efforts at trade shows, events, and occasional client visits (5-7 events per year)

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years proven work experience selling B2B SOFTWARE is a MUST
  • Experience with a telecommunication, contact-center and IP telephony industry
  • Technical mindset
  • Must be located in Bay Area [not a remote position]
  • Experience with CRM software and a variety of other software business tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience conducting web-based demos using WebEx
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner and able to work in the unstructured environment
  • Self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills
  • Interest in technology and software is a must
