MiaRec to exhibit at the largest Communication Exhibition in the USA – Enterprise Connect. MiaRec will be showcasing new enhancements to the Call Recording Solution, marketed under MiaRec brand name.

MiaRec will be presenting a new version of Workforce Optimization Solution – MiaRec Quality Assurance suite, designed for Contact Center, willing to enhance agents’ performance and to comply with the highest quality standards.

Also a new version of MiaRec Call Recording for VoIP Service Providers – MiaRec Service Provider Edition will be presented at Enterprise Connect.
