If you are not satisfied with Duxoft's software purchased through 2CheckOut.com Inc., an authorized reseller of Duxoft's products (www.2checkout.com), please contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 14 calendar days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 7-10 days. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall or stop using any software products for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Duxoft reserves the right to disable any product keys and/or serial numbers issued to you for the refunded products.

If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
