MiaRec is compatible with Avaya Communication Manager

MiaRec is pleased to announce (announced today), its call recording and monitoring solution is integrated with Avaya Communication Manager via TSAPI interface on Avaya Applications Enablement Services.

MiaRec provides feature-rich, advanced and reliable call recording solutions for the Avaya telephony systems, including Avaya Communication Manager and Avaya IP Office. MiaRec’s flexible infrastructure allows companies of any size and type to benefit from call recording solution, assuring compliance with industry and legal requirements, enhancing customer service quality and increasing security. MiaRec utilizes Telephony Services API (TSAPI) interface on Avaya Application Enablement Services (AES) and packet-sniffing technology to record calls. Integration via the TSAPI interface provides the possibility to extract call information, such as agent id and name, local and remote phone numbers etc. Full set of call information can be successfully used for easy search, retrieval and playback of call recordings.

MiaRec call recording solution tightly integrates with Avaya telephony systems to provide advanced enterprise-level call recording solution to a wide range of customers, from small and medium companies to large geographically distributed call centers.

MiaRec has been deployed and tested in high volume environment, its highly scalable infrastructure allows the support of 4000 phones and simultaneous recording of 800 concurrent calls on a single server. Multiple recording servers can be deployed for the larger capacity.
