How to record calls from Vonage V-Phone

The Vonage V-Phone is a small portable USB device, which contains pre-loaded softphone client (Vonage Talk).
Once connected to your computer, it loads automatically a softphone application.

Just install MiaRec on the same computer, where Vonage V-Phone is running.

Record calls on multiple Vonage V-Phone devices simultaneously
You need:
- Switch with Port Mirroring function (see What is Port Mirroring?)
- Server with Windows 2000, 2003, XP or Vista
- MiaRec Business license for appropriate number of lines
Below network diagram shows how all devices should be connected:
Such network scheme will allow you to record multiple calls simultaneously.
Please, note, Port Mirroring function should be configured appropriately on the switch.
