Softphone call recording solution
MiaRec is an ideal solution for recording calls on Softphones.
Following protocols are supported: SIP, H.323, Cisco Skinny (SCCP) or MGCP.*
* - Other proprietary protocols are supported also if an audio is transmitted inside RTP packets. In this case information about caller/callee phone numbers may be unavailable.
Requirements:
- Switch with Port Mirroring function (see A list of Switches with Port Mirroring)
- Server with Windows 2003, 2008, XP, Vista or 7
- MiaRec Business license for appropriate number of lines
Step by step instructions:
- Connect all computers with Softphone through a Switch which supports port mirroring function.
- Configure Port Mirroring on the Switch (see Configuration guides of Port Mirroring function).
- Install MiaRec Business on a server.
After that you will be able to record calls on multiple softphones.
