IP Phone call recording solution

MiaRec is an ideal solution for recording calls on IP  Phone (VoIP Phone).

Following protocols are supported: SIP, H.323, Cisco Skinny (SCCP) or MGCP.*

* - Other proprietary protocols are supported also if an audio is transmitted inside RTP packets. In this case information about caller/callee phone numbers may be unavailable.

Step by step instructions:

1. Connect IP Phones through the Switch which supports port mirroring function.
2. Configure Port Mirroring on the Switch (see Configuration guides of Port Mirroring function).
3. Install MiaRec Business on a server.

After that you will be able to record calls on multiple IP Phones.
