MiaRec Business edition was designed specially for Voip Service Providers, whose customers require a recording of own calls.
MiaRec is installed in the same datacenter, where BroadWorks Hosted PBX/IP Centrex is deployed. Customers receive access to own call recordings via intuitive yet powerful web interface. Each customer receive unique login/password, which limits access of customers to own calls only.
MiaRec is licensed for a number of concurrently recorded calls rather than number of phones. This makes it significantly less expensive than competitive products.
Call recording is implemented with the help of non-obtrusive packet sniffing technology. MiaRec should be installed in a datacenter near BroadWorks Hoted PBX/IP Centrex. IP Centrex should be connected through a switch with port mirroring support.

A network traffic, which is sent to/from BroadWorks Hosted PBX/IP Centrex, should be mirrored to MiaRec server, where it will be decoded and stored in audio files.
