Cisco 7900 Series (7960 & 7940) Caller ID

I downloaded and tested the demo out today for MiaRec Solo, and it worked great. One feature I would like to see is the ability to rename or delete recordings from the user interface. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot you can do once a recording appears in the list. Even when they're deleted from the folder, Solo keeps them in the list.

But mainly, I'm uncertain how to get the CallerID portion working. With the "Ignore UDP port change" and "Ignore RTP SyncSourceId change" options checked, my calls are recorded properly as one file (rather than two, which is the case when these options are not checked). However, no Caller information is logged.

If I uncheck these options, I get two files with two seperate audio tracks, but one of them has the Caller information.

Regarding your first question (delete calls), please, check following forum topic.

Rename of recordings is not available in MiaRec, but Business version support an ability to add notes/comments on recordings. This capability will be implemented in Solo version soon.
