Licence problem ?

We are having problems with call recordings. appearing again this partial record (license limit)! in the recordings. I have installed the product from about 19/01/09 when we acquired the license for 10 calls. |
"Partial record (license limit)!" appears in one of following situations:
1) Your license is not valid. Please, check if HASP USB key is connected to the server
2) You have more concurrent calls than your license permits. For example, you have a license for 10 calls, but actually you have 11 concurrent calls. In this case 11th call will appear with "Partial record (license limit)!" mark and audio will not be recorded for that extra call.
3) MiaRec.exe process is started multiple times. Check the process list and count how many "MiaRec.exe" processes you have. If more than one process exists, then this may cause "Partial record (license limit)!" issue. It should be only a single process. Note, two copies of "MiaRecService.exe" is ok.
In May 2009 we updated MiaRec Business and situation # 3 will not cause "Partial record" problem anymore.
So, we suggest you to update MiaRec Business to the latest version.
We verify the three situations, but none matches.
The key in miarec.ini is different from the Licenceview.exe. This is the problem? How to fix it?
The license key inside MiaRec.ini file is not important if you use HASP USB key.
Please, update MiaRec Business and check if the issue exists with the latest version.
If the same issue repeats again, then we will investigate further.
What is the procedure for upgrade?
The procedure is very simple.
Just run the installer of new version.
It will update all necessary files automatically.
No need to uninstall of the old version.
