Compatible with Cisco recorder ??

I'm using your evaluation version and I'm having a small problem : when I use the record function of Cisco Agent, Miarec can't record the call any more. All of the file is silent, but when I don't record my call manually by cisco recorder, Miarec works normally.

So, what's the matter with that ?

Are you using MiaRec Solo or Business?
